This phone is a great smartphone for the casual user. If you look at the memory used for existing applications, it is half full. So you will not be able to add a lot of applications in more, may not fit in 8GB memory. You can add an additional memory card, but that only allows you to store images, music, and only a select few applications. Most applications simply install in the main memory. One nice thing to purchase an unlocked phone is that it does not come with any bloatware from your cell phone carrier. But if you want you can install it yourself.
The advantage is that you can also uninstall the ones, this is not possible with the pre-installed applications from cell phone carriers.
